Right of objection

You also have the option of having your personal data corrected, blocked or deleted at any time if the legal requirements are met. Personal data will be deleted if the collection or processing was inadmissible from the beginning, the processing or use proves to be inadmissible due to circumstances that have subsequently occurred, or knowledge of the data is no longer necessary for us to fulfill the underlying purpose of processing or use. Only the data that we need to complete outstanding tasks or to enforce our rights and claims is excluded from deletion, as well as data that we must keep in accordance with legal requirements. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Use of Hubspot
collectAI uses Hubspot, a service of Hubspot Inc. on its web pages for analysis purposes. Hubspot is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. So-called “web beacons” are used and “cookies” are also set, which are stored on your computer and enable us to analyse your use of the website. The information collected (e.g. IP address, geographic location, browser type, length of visit and pages viewed) is analysed by Hubspot on behalf of collectAI to generate reports about the visit and the pages visited at collectAI. If collectAI email news is subscribed to and studies and other documents are obtained, Hubspot also allows us to link a user’s visits to collectAI web pages with personal information (primarily name/email address) on the basis of a given consent, thus recording personal data and informing users individually and specifically about preferred topics. If you do not want Hubspot to collect your personal information, you may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser at any time. LinkedIn Plugin
Our website uses functions of the LinkedIn network. The provider is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland), hereinafter: LinkedIn).
Each time one of our pages containing LinkedIn functions is accessed, a connection to LinkedIn servers is established. LinkedIn is informed that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click the LinkedIn “Recommend” button and are logged into your LinkedIn account, it is possible for LinkedIn to associate your visit to our website with you and your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by LinkedIn.

For the analysis of our advertising campaigns on the pages of the social media service LinkedIn, we use the integrated analysis platform “LinkedIn Analytics”. Using this platform, we can analyse visitor data (e.g. number of visitors, number of new visitors and followers) and performance data and use them to optimise our advertising campaigns and become more relevant to our target group.

Linkedin Insights (Script)
Our website uses the conversion tool “LinkedIn Insight Tag” of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. This tool creates a cookie in your web browser, which enables the collection of the following data, among others: IP address, device and browser properties and page events (e.g. page views). This data is encrypted, anonymised within seven days and the anonymised data is deleted within 90 days.
LinkedIn does not share any personal data with us, but provides anonymised reports on website audience and ad performance. In addition, LinkedIn offers the possibility of retargeting via the Insight Tag. The controller can use this data to display targeted advertising outside its website without identifying you as a website visitor.
